Vishwakarma Temple

In 1960s, the villagers made up their mind to add one more feather in the crown of village by ramping up one more temple of Almighty Vishwakarma. So the land for progressing the Temple of Deity Vishwakarma was acquired on 23 October 1959.

During 1982-83, because of the voluntary contribution of villagers from Pimpri, the foundation for edifice for the worship of Divinity Vishwakarma was laid on which today’s salient temple is standed firmly.

Most of known-unknown mortals have taken drives for culmination of the construction of temple. Those will definitely enjoy the bliss of heaven. The mop up of this construction will bring spiritual fulfilment to them. Some of acknowledged persons who have partake in this divine work are:

Shri. Parashuram Laxman Borhade.
Shri. Bajaba Rambhau Borhade.
Shri. Pandurang Ramkrishna Borhade.
Shri. Sitaram Ramkrishna Borhade.
Shri. Pandurang Tukaram Choudhary.
Shri. Tulshiram Kushaba Wakchaure.
Shri. Rambhau Rajaram Wakchaure.

Most of the ardent devotees have expressed their wish of building temples of Shree Sant Bhojling Kaka, Shree Sant Jaloji and Shree Sant Maloji at Pimpri Pendhar.

Shree Sant Bhojling Kaka is from ‘Sutar’ society and accepted parenthood of Great Sant Shree Dnyaneshwar Maharaj, who narrated Dnyaneshwari, and his other brothers after their mother and father. Shrine of Shree Sant Bhojling Kaka is there beside the Shrine of Shree Sant Dnyaneshwar Maharaj in Shree Kshetra Alandi in Pune district.

Shree Sant Jaloji and Shree Sant Maloji are also from ‘Sutar’ society and from ‘Varkari Sampraday’.

The villagers of Otur, Tal. Junnar, Pune from ‘Sutar’ society has purchased land for social work. Hats off to them!
